These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all photography and photobooth bookings made with Rlino Photo ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a booking request through this website, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms.
A booking request submitted through our online form is not confirmed until we respond to confirm availability. Where a deposit is required to secure a date, the date is only reserved once that deposit has been received. Deposits are generally non-refundable except as described under Cancellations below.
The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of booking, generally no later than the date of the session or event unless otherwise arranged in writing. We reserve the right to withhold final edited images or files until payment has been received in full.
Edited photographs are typically delivered digitally within an agreed timeframe following the session or event. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the season and scope of the shoot. Photobooth prints, where included in the selected package, are provided on-site during the event; digital copies are delivered afterward.
Rlino Photo retains copyright of all images produced. Clients receiving digital images are granted a personal-use license to print, share, and post the images (including on social media), but may not sell, license, or use the images commercially without prior written consent.
We may use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless you notify us in writing before the session that you'd like to opt out.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have the right to authorize the photographing of yourself and any minors or guests you are booking on behalf of, and that you consent to appearing in resulting images as described in Image Usage above.
Photobooth packages are booked for a fixed duration (see Pricing on the Photobooth page). Setup and breakdown time is arranged separately and is not deducted from booth operating hours unless stated otherwise. Access to a suitable power source and space at the venue is the client's responsibility. Unlimited prints, where included in a package, apply only during the booked operating hours.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect equipment and deliver services as booked, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, venue restrictions, weather, or acts of third parties. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that booking.
